Shade and Membrane Structures Australia were contracted by the Mossup Construction group to design, engineer, fabricated, supply and install a weather proof cover over a sports court for a new school they were building in South Australia.
Taking into account the clients specifics, the site details and region requirements, SMSA and our Engineers went to work on designing and engineering a 28m wide x 37m long Sports Court Cover, with a 2pac 3 Coat painted finish, and using the all weather premium Ferrari 1002 PVC/PVDF material for the skin/cladding. Including also guttering and down pipes, pole protection pads and several smaller waterproof umbrellas to be placed around the campus.
Overall, the entire team pulled together and did a great effort with the installation of the footings, framing, fabric, lighting, guttering and down pipes for a full service product for the end client..
At the end of the project, everyone from the builders to the school are ecstatic with the successful outcome of the project as a whole.
