Langlands Park Memorial Aquatic Centre – Pool Shade Structure

Working closely with the Architects and Hutchinson Builders, SMSA were able to design and engineer a aquatic centre shade structure and we constructed a 400sqm Hypar roof covered area, that met with both the Aquatic Centres wishes and the original Architectural intent. It put us through some challenges with a difficult site and a request to minimise steel infrastructure, however all was achieved successfully and the results speak for themselves.
